Start with a fresh ball of clay and build your mug by hand, guided the whole way by our studio artist. No wheel, no experience, no pressure.

We fire & finish it
We bisque-fire your piece, you choose your glaze, then it's fired again to a glossy, food-safe finish. Ready for pickup in about 2–3 weeks.

After your first firing, you'll pick the colour that brings your mug to life. Every Lemarsis glaze is custom-formulated in-house and food-safe — and because glaze is applied and fired by hand, your finished mug is truly one of a kind.

Meet Marjan
Marjan is a ceramic artist and the founder of Lemarsis Pottery Studio, with years of international training and teaching experience. Her approach is calm, encouraging, and focused on the joy of making — not perfection.
With just 8 guests per session, everyone gets genuine one-on-one guidance — even if it's your very first time touching clay.

Good to know
Do I need any experience?
None at all. This is hand-building — no wheel — and our studio artist guides you the whole way. Most guests have never touched clay before and everyone leaves with a mug they're proud of.
How long does it take?
The in-studio experience is about 2 hours. Because real ceramics need drying and two kiln firings, your finished mug is ready for pickup in roughly 2–3 weeks — and we email you at every step so you always know where it is.
What does it cost?
$60 per person (regularly $85) plus 13% HST — that's $67.80 all in. It includes everything: clay, tools, guided studio time, both firings and one classic glaze.
Can I choose the colour?
Yes. One classic glaze is included free, and specialty finishes are available as a small upgrade. Every Lemarsis glaze is custom-formulated in-house and food-safe.
Who is it for?
Everyone — couples on a date night, friends and families, celebrations, or anyone after a memorable few hours on their own. Sessions hold up to 8 people.
When do sessions run?
