By booking or attending any class, event, or session at Lemarsis Pottery Studio, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions:
1Booking, Refunds & Cancellations
All bookings made with Lemarsis Pottery Studio are final, and no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Rescheduling is permitted if requested at least 72 hours before the scheduled session, subject to availability. Cancellations within 72 hours, late arrivals, or no-shows cannot be rescheduled. Bookings are transferable, and participants may send someone else in their place with prior notice.
2Late Arrivals
Classes and events begin promptly at the scheduled time. Participants arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted if it disrupts the session, and no refund or credit will be given.
3Safety, Injuries & Liability Waiver
Pottery involves tools, equipment, materials, and physical activity. By attending, participants acknowledge these risks and agree that Lemarsis Pottery Studio and its staff are not liable for injuries, allergic reactions, clothing damage, or lost personal belongings. Participants must follow all instructor directions to ensure safety. Parents and guardians accept full responsibility for their child's safety during children's events.
4Studio Conduct
The studio reserves the right to refuse service or remove any participant whose behavior is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful, without issuing a refund. Food and drinks may be restricted in certain areas for safety or hygiene.
5Artwork, Firing & Glazing Policy
All artworks made by students or event participants will be returned to them at no extra cost if they want Lemarsis to handle glazing and firing on their behalf. Pottery pieces require proper drying and kiln processing, and timelines are determined by the studio based on kiln schedules. Participants will be notified when their piece is ready for pickup. Due to the unpredictable nature of ceramics, issues such as cracking, breaking, warping, or glaze changes may occur, and Lemarsis is not responsible for damage during drying, handling, or firing. Pieces not picked up within 45 days of notification may be discarded due to limited storage capacity.
6Photography & Media
By attending any session, participants consent to being included in photos or videos taken for studio marketing and promotional purposes. Anyone who does not wish to be photographed must inform the studio at the start of the session.
7Personal Belongings
Lemarsis Pottery Studio is not responsible for any personal items that are lost, stolen, or damaged while on the premises.
8Class Changes & Cancellations by Studio
In rare situations such as weather issues, equipment maintenance, or staff illness, Lemarsis may cancel or reschedule a session. If this happens, participants will receive either a rescheduled date or studio credit.
9Agreement
By completing a booking with Lemarsis Pottery Studio, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions described above. Parents or guardians also agree on behalf of any participating child.
