Marjan Hassaneini brings over 30 years of experience in the arts to Lemarsis Pottery Studio. As a well-known figure in the Toronto pottery and ceramics scene, she has established herself as a respected artist and educator whose passion for pottery has touched countless lives.

After graduating from the Iranian Cultural Heritage University in 1998, Marjan dedicated herself to perfecting her craft and sharing her knowledge with others. Her artistic journey has been marked by continuous exploration, innovation, and a deep respect for traditional techniques.

Since immigrating to Canada in 2018, Marjan has become an integral part of Toronto's vibrant arts community. Her collaboration with the prestigious Gardiner Museum showcases her exceptional talent and dedication to ceramic arts.

Since founding Lemarsis Design, Marjan has been dedicated to sharing her knowledge and passion with the Canadian community. For the past 6 years, she has taught students of all skill levels, from complete beginners to advanced practitioners looking to refine their techniques.
